Main Ingredients and Seasonings:

  • Main Ingredients: Dry Corn Noodles, Cooked Beef, Eggs.
  • Seasonings: Onion, Mushrooms, Chili Peppers (Dried Chili Flakes and Fresh Chili Peppers), Cucumber, Carrot, Scallion, Salt, Oil, Sugar, Beef Bouillon (or Chicken Bouillon), Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Sesame Seeds, etc.

Preparation Process:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Boil the eggs, peel them, and set them aside. Soak the dry corn noodles in cold water for 15~30 minutes, then cook them in boiling water until done. Drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside. Slice the cooked beef and set it aside. Slice the onion, mushrooms, and chili peppers.
  2. Make Chili Sauce: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dried chili flakes and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the sliced onion and chili peppers, stir-fry until fragrant.
